“I started asking all the questions a kid asks himself when there’s a life change. Just what is the purpose of life? How can I be happy if my family is going through some rough spots? With so many churches, how do I know which one is right for me?”
These questions opened a small-town Kansas boy’s heart to the truths of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. The one Mormon in his town shared the Book of Mormon with him and invited him to hear the missionaries. Going to meet with them required driving hundreds of miles. In his words, it was “Best gas money I ever spent.”
