If you haven’t had the chance to listen to Shawna Edwards’ song, “Do You Have Room?” (performed by April Meservy), you’ll want to. (You can also get a free copy of the sheet music or the MP3 by going to her site and commenting on any one of the Christmas posts…some of which are listed below.)
Along with that theme of making room for the Savior, Shawna is sharing some thoughts on simplifying Christmas (both her own and thoughts and those from commenters).

That Night, There was Room – by Summer and Christmas Can Be Lost – By Rick (on Shawna’s website)
Have you found ways to simplify during the Christmas season? What do you do to keep the focus on the Savior and on service?
I appreciate this reminder to keep things focused on Christ during the Christmas season. It’s just so easy to get caught up in lots of other things and become too stressed.
I blogged about what our family does to focus on service during December. It generates a spirit of excitement and love that really gives us a boost as we end one year and begin the next!
