I cannot watch this video without being deeply moved. One of the things I appreciate most about being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the blessing of knowing that there are living prophets. The words of prophets, both ancient and modern, work together to form a significant anchor in my life. They help me know how I can come to the Savior. I find peace, power, and perspective when I study and heed their counsel.
I am moved by the faith of the widow of Zarephath and by the message of this scriptural story — that blessings come for following prophets in faith.
