@Teresa, your comments are much appreciated! @Leslie, Freshman year? Please contact me! To LeAnn and others: I am no better, no stronger, no more determined than any one or all of you! Understanding that others who trod the path before me have continued to grow their faith in Priesthood power and Christ's Atonement has buoyed mine. That makes a difference in enabling one to put one foot in front of the other, one day at a time.

I was very touched by your story. It is all so true; there is such power in the priesthood. I am sorry you have had many harsh problems; but now you will be light to others. Thanks for such an inspiring post and blessings to you!

Not sure if you remember me or not Shauna but are paths have been similar. My 24 year marriage is coming to an end soon and I can relate to the thoughts and feelings you shared. I hope and pray I can find the peace you have.

I am touched by Shauna's point here: "It would have been so very easy over the years to give up on this power, yet through the very power I might have excused as ineffective, inadequate, or non-existent, I have been empowered to “plow through” all that life has had to deal me." While it must have challenged her faith to go through the experience of unrighteous dominion (?) that she alludes to, this statement points to how she found the true source of power in Jesus Christ and His priesthood that helped her overcome. So often we look upon those with deep, rich faith like hers and wonder how it came or even judge that it hasn't been tested. But I believe that those very difficult testing experiences that we all have to one degree or another are the very thing that can allow us with certainty to place "many more than Joshua’s’ 12 stones at the door of our future home(s)" with confidence that the Lord's hand is mighty and over the whole earth.
