I pray for healing and peace for those addicted and their loved ones who must suffer and go through their own battles with this horrible addiction. I am trying hard to protect my family from the prevalence of pornography constantly to prevent any potential for addiction. It is everywhere whether you are seeking it out or not. I recently saw a news story about a petition currently collecting signatures that would make pornography something you have to "opt in" for with your internet service provider rather than having it be standard and available for all requiring the difficult task of finding filters and setting up parental restrictions on your computer and constantly watching and trying to outsmart these filthy companies that work around the technology seemingly one step ahead of the filters. It is frustrating and backwards. I have tweeted, emailed, posted it on Facebook, sent private Facebook messages, called friends and family, and more, trying to spread the word about this petition. It needs 100,000 signatures by November 23, 2013. It currently sits at 7,308. This cause needs more attention! Please check it out and help it get the signatures it needs to make our lawmakers listen. The link to it is here: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/require-porn-be-opt-feature-internet-service-providers-rather-standard-feature/GF1RkqpJ

I pray all can recover from this addiction and that in the meantime we do all that we can to prevent it from ever showing up on the screens of our computers and into the eyes of our innocent children and other loved ones.
