Michelle, the quote you included from Pres. Beck is one of my favorites. I love that because it helps me remember that before anything else, I am a daughter of God, and that He loves me. Everything else is secondary.

Such a beautiful way to show gratitude, to God, for the inspired leaders of women in the Church. How grateful we are for each one of them as they go forth to humbly do the work of the Lord.

Consistency lies with Change. But one thing never changes--The Lord Jesus Christ is in charge of His Kingdom, here upon the earth. He calls those people at the right time for the right job.

Sis. Beck’s presidency is likened to pilots of a ship making a gradual turn toward the Coming of the Lord. Can you imagine turning the hearts of 6 million chatty, headstrong, stubborn, know-it-all women? Well, that’s exactly what they’ve accomplished.

The Lord has called a new presidency to keep things in motion, as all past presidencies have done so beautifully. It’s the women of the Church who have to look to them as guides. Women of the Church are recognizing past examples of faith and greatness, their present power and duty, and their future glory.

Thank you Sis. Beck, Sis. Allred, and Sis. Thompson, for being our guiding light.

Welcome Sis. Burton, Sis. Stephens, and Sis. Reeves. May we, as women of God, continue making that turn toward the Savior’s Coming under your direction.
