I am really excited about going to church on Christmas Day. I think it will be a sweet moment to partake of the Sacrament and then have a Christmas program. What a wonderful way to worship our Savior.
We have children coming this year for Christmas so we will have a traditional Nativity program on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Morning we will open a gift and the stockenings and have a wonderful breakfast followed by Sacrament meeting and then back for opening a few more gifts.

The last time Christmas was on Sunday, we decided as a family to go to our meeting block first, then come home and unwrap our gifts. I think we met at 11:00, so that meant waiting a long time, and I wondered if the excitement of Christmas would lose a little of its luster.

But I'll never forget when we were walking of the chapel after the closing prayer, our then 18-year-old boy said, "I think Christmas should be this way every year."
