I would encourage all the men in the Church to look into the RS history. RS leaders helped in the women’s suffrage movement. They worked side by side with Susan B Anthony. The RS was the backbone of the Church welfare program for decades. The women and men of this Church should be proud of the accomplishments of the RS and it’s members. The RS is something my wife takes joy in being part of and it has helped her be a better mother and wife. In so doing it has also helped me be a better husband and father. I thank all the dedicated women who give of their talents to run this fabulous organization.

As you say, Joseph Smith taught that “The Church was never perfectly organized until the women were thus organized.”

I think we can all agree that he was right!
