What a joy to worship a God who has completed everything in the perfect life of Jesus Christ. His perfect life and sacrifice is given to us, while our self-righteousness and sin is put on Jesus on the cross.

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
(Ephesians 2:8-9)
