Thanks Heather… Recently I was in a boat on the Sea of Galilee at night and we were pondering what it would feel like if a shadowy figure suddenly started walking on the water towards us. Suddenly a party boat came in our direction complete with pulsing lights and loud music. No matter where you are, the world is always trying to distract you from what really matters! Thanks for the reminder…

I love this analogy. I really felt the Spirit and know it is a conscious decision each and everyday to face our family (our tent) toward the Lord and away from the distractions of the world. I want to set up our tent for conference weekend- my kids will love it! Thanks for your inspiring posts.
