This woman is all this and oh so much more. How many people can be very good friends with her son's in-laws! She loves old but also plays in a Rock and roll band and will go to a Rock concert if the occasion arises. She truly is a multi talented Mormon woman with the most gentle way about her. I have to say that as a role model...she will always be very high on the list of those I would love to emulate.

Hi Margot, I loved the peaceful scene at the Brigham Young house you described. As a mother, I often think of myself as an Officer of The Peace. It is my job to create, maintain and encourage peace in my home. Some of my most spiritually fulfilling moments have been in my rocking chair, the afternoon sun warming my face, with a sleeping baby in my arms and another happy child playing with toys nearby.

Thanks for reviving that memory.
