She was asked to be Relief Society President for the second time when she wrote this poem. At 81, she still holds a calling serving the women in her congregation.

At 75, she and her husband were called to be the “Young Single Adult” representatives in their area. They thought that was hilarious, being both married and older, but enjoyed being around the young people nonetheless.

Every once in a while, I’ve been asked to serve in a responsibility that doesn’t seem to match my personality or strenghts. But I’ve learned to love every job I was asked to do.
