Your best bet for photos will probably be to contact people who are directly involved in Mormon Helping Hands projects. There are a variety of Helping Hands Facebook groups where I would imagine you might find people who would be interested in sharing their photos. We’ve listed a few of those groups in our recent Hurricane Sandy post, but you can search Facebook under “Mormon Helping Hands” to find others.

Most articles are written by BYU professors, and most photos are provided by the Church. However, the author would like to include images of Mormon Helping Hands workers in the aftermath of recent disasters, such as are included on your site. Could you connect me with the photographer so that I could request permission?
